Sea Time
In order to receive a Skipper’s license for a boat for international voyages (Sail 60), it is necessary to accumulate 8 days sailing on the open sea that includes entering and leaving a port in 2 different countries. This voyage, accompanied by Sigma Travel instructors, leaves Greece (Rhodes or Kos) and reaches Bodrum, Turkey, and then back.
The voyages depart at weekends or mid-week –Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday.
You can set out for a continuous voyage of 8 days or 2 voyages of 4 or 5 days. Each voyage must start from Greece, entering the port of Bodrum (Turkey) and returning to Greece.
You can combine staying over and entertaining yourself in the holiday centers of the islands along the route, enjoy the nightlife of the local restaurants, taverns and colorful markets.
The program we propose is:
- Departure from Thodes-Symi with stops at quiet bays
- Symi-Halki Island with stops at quiet bays
- Halki Tilos – San Antonio with fascinating visit to the Tilos mountains and the boisterous bars in the Ghost Village
- Tilos-Nisiros – visit the volcano and the black beaches
- Nisiros-Kalymnos – the island of the sponges and beautiful bays
- Kalimnos-Boidrum, Turkey
- Bodrum-Kos – the island of the God of Medicine
